As an Aromatherapist Sam takes pleasure that aromatherapy involves the use of natural aromatic plant oils in the pursuit of health and wellness whether mental, emotional, physical or aesthetic.

Sam volunteers as an aromatherapist with the NHS. She believes aromatherapy helps as it works on many levels. When patients find themselves in a hospital, they are often stressed as a result of the changes in their health and home environment. She finds essential oils are particularly helpful in this setting.

An Aromatherapy consultation will begin with Sam finding out about your medical history and what you would like the aromatherapy treatment to achieve for you.
On the basis of the information you provide, Sam will then mix a recipe of essential oils, which is individually designed to suit your needs.

The recipe can contain anything from one to five different carrier oils, for diluting essential oils and benefiting to the health and beauty of your skin and body.

An Initial Aromatherapy 1hr 30min is recommended for your first treatment, this includes a consultation.
Aromatherapy Treatments can be used for a variety of physical and emotional problems including:

• stress, restlessness, anxiety,
• “overthinking”/worrying,
• depression, fatigue, pain,
• insomnia, stiff joints,

• coughs and colds,
• burns, scar tissue,
• digestive problems,
• arthritis, and skin disorders


Essential oils have been distilled either from certified organic crops or from
wild-crafted crops.
