Emma has many years of experience in creating individual holistic, intuitive and medical assessments for each of her clients. She offers lifestyle and diet advice and has a real passion for healing people through natural processes.

She got very interested in nutrition and how the body works. It lead her to train in Colon Hydrotherapy. Emma qualified with a diploma from the British College of Colon Hydrotherapy and has had further training with a post graduate and masterclass from the European School of Colon Hydrotherapy.

Emma strongly believes that a healthy digestive system is essential for physical, mental and spiritual well -being.

She is an approved CThA Reiki Master Teacher and did most of her Reiki training in Dorset – and a little in Tokyo, Japan.

Emma teaches Reiki in 3 stages

Level 1 (for treating self, friends & family)
Level 2 (practitioner level)
Level 3 (Master level)

Her teaching style is highly personal and responsive to each of her students needs.
Group sizes never exceed more than four people.
Regular courses take place in South London and are approved by the CThA enabling students to become qualified practitioners.
